The Five Day Workshops are geared toward individuals who desire to become a professional
Steadicam Operator in the film, broadcast, or video industry. All aspects of
operating are covered from the physics, basic set up, and practice exercises
to marketing, buying a rig, and the business side of Steadicam, to survival on
a motion picture set. Most importantly, we teach the many ways to use a Steadicam
well and make great shots.

This program has garnered great interest in the film and video community. These
have been held as Dealer Workshops, privately organized events and training held
by a single production facility. The unique thing about these workshops is that
they are created both by Tiffen and by the Steadicam Operators to be out there.

Broadcast Studio Steadicam Workshop - Click

This intensive 2- or 3-day workshop brings training directly into your broadcast
facility. The hosting facility provides an unused studio space or other large
space to be used for the core instruction. Access to hallways and stairs is a
must. White board /easel and a dvd playback unit are also made available for
use during the class.

The On-Campus Steadicam Workshops presents the full experience without the cost
and strain of removing students from campus. There is a special reduced tuition
rate for the On-Campus Steadicam Workshop that is made possible because of the
participation of the college or university in providing the workshop venue, as
well as other discounts built into the student program.
